The position is a valve mechanical assembler that is a temp to hire with full benefits. The pay range, depending on the experience which is required, is $19-21 per hour and shifts are 5:00 am to 1:30 pm plus overtime with candidates being available to work up to 12 hours Monday through Friday. Saturday’s and Sunday’s are as needed for up to 8 hours, as weekend work is expected, with attendance and punctuality being top qualities needed for this role. This role requires previous work with small products, no skids or large manufacturing, and is responsible for the assembly of finished products, components, or sub-assemblies of oil and gas valves and chemical injection pumps. Applicants must be able to interpret assembly instructions, drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications to build/test quality products. Ideal candidates have at least three years of related manufacturing assembly and testing of the following types of products: relief valves, chemical injection pumps, control/dump/check valves, butterfly valves, and liquid level controllers/switches.
